1. Terms & Conditions

• Services: NuryX Cloud provides managed web hosting, automation services, and digital tools. By subscribing, you agree to a recurring monthly billing cycle.
• Billing & Notifications: To ensure transparency, NuryX Cloud will send an automated invoice notification via email 5 days prior to your scheduled payment date.
• Automatic Charging: Upon your first successful payment, your card details are securely tokenized by our payment processor. You will be automatically charged on the same date each month for your active subscriptions.
• Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled payment date. Access to services will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
• Service Suspension: Failure to complete a recurring payment may result in temporary suspension of hosting or platform services until the balance is settled.

2. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect only the necessary information to provide our services, such as your name, email address, and business details.
• Payment Security: NuryX Cloud does not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely via Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
• Data Usage: Your data is used strictly for service delivery, billing notifications, and support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital hosting and server resources being allocated in advance, refunds are not typically provided for partial months. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 7 days, please contact support for a full review and potential refund.
